Privacy Policy
Effective 26 October 2026
In short:
- ne0nTV has no user accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
- No advertising, no analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, and we sell no data.
- Your favorite teams, settings and IPTV playlist logins stay on your Apple TV. Logins go only to the IPTV provider you entered.
- Our server receives an anonymous device key that proves the app is genuine, and, if you answer the App's questions about a stream, that answer without anything that names you.
- Payments are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details or your Apple ID.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of personal data processed through the ne0nTV app (the "App") is NE0N STUDIO (ne0n.studio), a brand of BURNT CHROME, NIP 5451750958, ul. Księże Domki 2B/11, 96-200 Rawa Mazowiecka, Poland ("we", "us"). For anything about your data, write to support@ne0n.tv.
2. Data that stays on your Apple TV
The App keeps the following only on your Apple TV. It is not sent to us:
- your favorite teams and players, and the App's settings and filters;
- IPTV playlists you add: their addresses, usernames and passwords (kept in the Apple TV's encrypted Keychain), and the channel list and programme guide downloaded from your provider;
- the channels you chose for games, and where you stopped in a film or episode;
- cached sports data and pictures, so the App opens quickly.
Deleting the App removes this data from the device. Deleting a playlist in the App removes that playlist and its downloaded data.
3. Data our server receives
The App talks to our server at api.ne0n.tv for sports feeds and channel suggestions. Our server receives only the following.
Device attestation
To protect our server from abuse, the App uses Apple's App Attest to prove that requests come from the genuine App on a real Apple device. Our server stores, per device: a key identifier and public key created on the device for this purpose, Apple's attestation receipt, a counter, whether the build is a development or App Store build, and the dates the key was first and last used. This key is created only for ne0nTV; it does not reveal who you are, your Apple ID or your device's serial number.
- Purpose and legal basis: securing the Service and preventing fraud; our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and providing the Service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: while the device uses the App, and deleted on request.
Your answers about streams
If you answer the App's question about a stream (YES, DIFFERENT GAME or NOT A SPORTS EVENT), or confirm which game a channel shows, the App sends: your answer; the game, its league and teams; the channel's name and stream number; the language; a random identifier created by the App on your device; and a one-way hash (a scrambled fingerprint) of your IPTV provider's server address. It never sends your provider's address itself, your login, or your password.
- On our server the random device identifier is hashed again before it is stored, and is used only so that one device counts as one answer.
- Answers are combined with other viewers' answers to suggest the right channel to everyone using the same provider and language.
- Retention: the per-device answer is deleted about 12 hours after the game's last answer. A record of the answer without any device identifier (game, league, teams, channel name, answer, language, time and provider hash) is kept to improve channel matching over time.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing and improving channel suggestions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Answering is optional; you can skip any question with Back.
Internet address
Like any internet service, our server sees your device's IP address when the App connects. We use it only to deliver the response and, for answers and attestation, to limit how many requests one address can make. For that limit the address is kept as a hash in memory for at most an hour. We do not store IP addresses in our database, and our web server does not keep access logs.
4. Subscriptions and payments
SENIOR and ALL-PRO are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment and shares no payment details, name, email address or Apple ID with us. The App checks on your device, with Apple, which subscription your Apple ID has and until when. Apple's handling of your data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
5. Services the App connects to directly
To show you sports information and pictures and play your channels, the App connects from your Apple TV directly to these services. They see your device's IP address and the requests made, under their own privacy policies:

We don't send them any of your data; they receive only what your Apple TV asks for.
6. Where data is kept and who processes it
Our server is hosted by OVH SAS in a data centre in Warsaw, Poland, in the European Union. OVH acts as our hosting provider (processor). We do not transfer the data described in section 3 outside the European Economic Area, and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.
The combined channel suggestions our server publishes to the App (for example, how many viewers confirmed a channel for a game) contain no device identifiers.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, where these rights apply. Because we hold no name, account or contact details, we may need you to help us find data that relates to you, for example the time and game of an answer. Write to support@ne0n.tv; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in the EU country where you live.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Security
All connections to our server are encrypted (HTTPS). Every API request must carry a short-lived token issued only to an attested device. Our database is not reachable from the internet. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we keep to the minimum described here.
10. Changes
If what the App does with data changes, we will update this policy and its effective date on this page, and tell you in the App about significant changes.
